Early this year I organized a free CBT training for JAMBites powered by @highPEACE Inc. and it was appalling how that majority of these students have never held talk more of handling a mouse; you know there's a difference between the two. Interestingly, but unfortunately JAMB also did a lot stuff which I don't want to mention again here.
It became clear to me that most of these students will not gain admission, NOW I am not being pessimistic, but that's the truth. Many will of course get admission of which I am sure and I've been sincerely praying for them.
That said, knowing fully well that they have some few months to spend at home while they process admission I decided to put together a seminar that can enlighten them on how to utilize the little time they have, use the mobile devices they have to make some small money (without scamming), to carry out innovative thinking and works, and of course orientate those with good results how to go about what they await (ADMISSION).
My friends Awodunmoye Tobi Dammiezippor'ah, Akin Victor and Akinbamiji Oluwatosin Amao will be coming around to help speak to these students.
If you are therefore in Ilorin, especially within the axis of Oja-Oba and Ogidi, and you have brothers, sisters, friends and others please inform and invite them.

Omega-3 Fatty Acid Medication Lowers Risk for Heart Attack, Stroke.

For years, cardiologists have been encouraging people to eat more fish with omega-3 fatty acids as a way to boost cardiovascular health. Now, an  article published in August 2019 in the AHA journal  Circulation   further validates the benefits of these acids, finding that prescription fish oil medication lowers triglyceride levels by 20 to 30 percent in patients who already require triglyceride-reducing drugs. Triglycerides  are the most common type of fat found in the blood,  according to the American Heart Association (AHA) . When levels are too high (above 200 milligrams per deciliter, or mg/dL), fatty deposits are more likely to build up in the arteries, which raises the risk of heart problems.  The Cleveland Clinic notes  that very high levels (above 500 mg/dL) of triglycerides can lead to  pancreatitis , an inflammation of the  pancreas . “About 25 to 30 percent of the adult population have high triglycerides [HTG] — that’s a lot,” says lead author  Ann Skul
